This includes us getting you into/out of your Glow Boat and fitting you for lifejackets.
What are your hours?
6pm till late (last Glow Boat ride available is 10.15pm).
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time, to allow us time to fit your for life jackets and give you a safety briefing.

How do I know when to bring my Glow Boat back?
A buzzer in your boat will go off after 20 minutes which indicates you need to make your way back to the Glow Boat launch.
What if I am late for my booking?
The festival can be very busy so we recommend planning ahead including arriving early enough so that you can secure a park. If you show up more than 10 minutes late for your allotted time your booking will be cancelled, and you will not be refunded.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You may cancel up until 5pm the day of your booking to be eligible for a refund. Any cancellations received after this time will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made via the online Booking Portal.
If I cancel, how long until I am refunded?
Once your refund has been processed it may take up to 10 days for the money to appear in your account. We highly recommend you make sure of the date and time you want to book.
What if the festival cancels my Glow Boat booking?
We will make a call about whether to run the Glow Boats each night at 5pm. If we cancel you will receive an email advising this. You will have an opportunity to re-schedule with us at the reception area at the Boat launch on the day or by cancelling your booking and re-booking for another night and time slot online.
Why would the festival cancel my Glow Boat booking?
Inclement weather can make the Glow Boats slippery and unsafe to operate.
I can’t find a Glow Boat on a day and time that suits me.
Unfortunately, the Glow Boats sell out fast. We recommend keeping an eye on the Glow Boats booking page on our website to see if a slot opens up.
